INTRO Hey all!!!!

[ponchosnameisponcho]

After lurking for a long time, I've finally signed up. Simply by reading and lurking here, I've picked up a great deal, and there's still so much left to learn that it feels.... overwhelming. I appreciate all the knowledge everyone has shared up to now!

Glad to have you here. Time for those who usually stay quiet to come together.

Glad to have you here too! Do you already have a stack going, or are you only beginning?

Taking a break at the moment - reta gave me side effects plus some fairly rapid weightloss.
