For years I've been attempting to reach a healthy weight. One day I came across someone on tik tok discussing the SLU-PP-322 peptide. It got me curious, so I began looking into Peptides and discovered retatrutide along with its various health benefits. I located some reta at a fitness store close by and purchased it, but then it just sat there for 3 months. Starting it made me nervous. Eventually I did start, and the progress has been slow. At the beginning I felt nothing. No weight came off, yet I began dropping inches, and that was motivating enough to continue. Then I finally began losing, and I turned to chatgpt to help me calculate my calories for a deficit and decide what foods to eat. So my loss has been slow, far slower than what most people I read about experience, but I try not to let it discourage me and just keep plugging away. Since December I've lost 35 pounds, which is awesome, but discouraging. The good part is I've dropped 2 pants sizes and now fit into 2XL shirts, something I hadn't done in years. At this point I'm planning to get a gym membership so I can start lifting weights, and hopefully boost Reta's effects by adding muscle.

Glad you're here! Try not to feel bad when you hear folks claim they "dropped 60 pounds since breakfast." Sure, a few are genuine super-responders, but I'd guess the majority of us are moving ahead at a slower pace. What you take and where it comes from can change things a lot . . . did you ever get yours tested? Either way, good luck building muscle and staying motivated—you're making solid progress!

Thanks. Not yet — I haven't run any tests. That said, others who bought from the same supplier I did turned out to be super responders. As for me, I'm just steadily chipping away at it.
