Hello from the midwest. For 5 months now I've been using compounded tirzepatide, and roughly 35lbs have come off. Another 50 lbs remain. My routine includes lifting 3x per week, walking on the other days, and 1 day of interval training. My body feels better, sleep has improved, and several orthopedic/arthritis problems are much better. I've spent the last couple of days reading and picking up more here, and I'm thankful for all the information people share. Wishing everyone much success and health.

That's great to hear. If your training schedule has you lifting 3 times per week, I'd suggest you also check out BPC157 and TH500

What kind of changes showed up for you in sleep and in your orthopedic issues? I train with resistance 5x per week, and even though my mobility and flexibility have gotten better, I still have a hypermobile tailbone plus meralgia paresthetica. On top of that, my sleep is awful — hip pain wakes me up, and I snore. I haven't begun anything yet; I'm still reading and researching, but I'm strongly thinking about reta.

Thanks for the tip, I'm looking into those at the moment. Cheers.

My guess is that the drop in osteoarthritis pain comes mainly from putting less load through the joints now that there is less body weight to carry, plus lower inflammation in my hips and knees. According to my wife, I no longer snore, so I figure the better sleep traces back to that. Joints and recovery need my attention, and so far 3x each week seems to be the sweet spot. Whenever I overdo it, I just lie there flipping around, hunting for a position where my old joints won't hurt. About 30-45 mins before bed, I also take magnesium glycinate and L-Theanine. On the recovery side, I am looking into BPC-157 and TB-500 as well. Since I still have roughly 10 months of Tirzepatide left, I will take another look at the triple agonist down the road. At the moment I feel good about how the GLP1/GIP process is going, though my wife and I are watching the triple (Reta) for what comes next. Good luck wth your research.
