Hello, I'm working on getting healthier, and GLP caught my attention since I see it mentioned so much online.

I'd like to start reta (does reta = retatrutide (since "GLP-3" doesn't exist))?

The brain rewiring part also caught my interest.

So maybe dolphins are indeed on retatrutide — since "retatrutide (because there is no such thing as "GLP-3")" doesn't actually exist? Possibly?

Right, Reta is short for Retatrutide.

Glad to have you here, and best of luck!

The dopamine pathways involved in motivation and addiction are what it targets. A number of individuals say their use of drugs and alcohol stopped, and the same goes for sexual desire and drive. That is the reason going low at first and building up gradually matters.

For me, sex drive and motivation took a serious blow BUT lately they have begun rising again. My current dose is 6mg/week, and at the next dose I intend to move to 7.

My bad, an Easter egg must have caught up with me.

When it comes to GLP1's changing how your brain works, I've got nothing. What they do is send a flood of signals saying you aren't hungry. Your digestion gets slowed by GIP, so fullness hits sooner. Then a glucagon agonist instructs the liver to burn fat.

Stories from individuals mention giving up cigarettes, substances, and booze. As far as I'm aware, though, there aren't studies confirming any of that.
