Hey everyone, I go by Zero and I'm from MS. Triz has been part of my routine for 11 weeks now, and I'd like to hear what others think about both Triz and Reta.

Right now I'm taking 7.5 of Triz and I want to move into combining Triz with Reta. A vial I picked up has 40mg triz plus 20mg Reta in one mix. Has anyone here given a mix like that a try, and how do you feel about it? So far I've dropped 40 lbs, and my goal is to take off another 80-100 lbs. Thanks.

Nice work dropping 40lb! Since I'm new to this, I can't really speak on Triz/Reta, but it's great that you saw results. Once you began the triz, did you switch up your usual diet and routine at all, or did it simply give your body that extra push it needed to shed the weight?

Way back, I followed a Keto diet, and that's how I picked up tracking calories and keeping tabs on fats, proteins, and carbs. The problem was that keto became a real pain and way too costly.

After getting on Triz, I've been keeping an eye on my calories without fail. I do my best to keep Carbs down, aiming for no less than 140g of protein each day while staying under 1600 calories. Every day I do a Light workout — only 10 reps each of pushups, squats, and curls — basically hitting every muscle at least 1 time daily, so my body doesn't break down muscle for fuel.

Things are going well so far, I feel awesome, quicker and more powerful than I used to be. When I drop around 70 more pounds, I'm planning to switch to full workout mode, lol.

Wow, 40lbs down is fantastic!!

Tirz has taken 21lbs off me, and I'm a big fan of how it calms inflammation.
Nice work dropping 21lbs!

As far as antiinflammation goes, I can't say I've picked up on much. Maybe it's been happening for me too, but nothing I've spotted outright. One thing I have noticed: my sleep is way better.

Personally, I follow KETO, though I get my food from factor meals. They run pretty pricey—usually $10 a meal—but taste great and are well balanced, typically hitting 40g protein each. If you've got money to spare, I'd definitely suggest them. My routine is just 1 meal after working out, then fasting the remainder of the day aside from protein and a few supplements. That's the approach I used prior to peps, and it helped me drop 60lbs.

Before going all in on Reta, I spent roughly a month on Tirz. Appetite suppression was way stronger with Tirz, but on Reta I feel more... alive? Hard to put into words. Tirz felt like something to lean on until my habits improved, whereas Reta was there for the moments I wanted to really commit, if that comes across clearly.

60lbs down is amazing — nice work! In my case, though, I've got to factor in my wife and kids along with myself. That means either picking up 4 meals, or making something for them and then something for us. Lately we've just been leaning on higher-protein dishes — chicken with rice, sizzle steaks, that kind of thing — while keeping an eye on carbs, and I aim to get protein in before the carbs.

From what I've gathered, Triz does a much stronger job at killing appetite, whereas Reta torches more calories. Has anyone here stacked the two? I picked up a 2ml vial with a 40mg Triz / 20mg Reta blend, and I'm wondering whether others have run blends like this or just kept them apart. Given what you said about Reta falling short on appetite suppression, I'm not about to go all-in on it.
