I ve started a new chapter in my life a couple of months ago when I found this forum. This is a new world for me that I hope will get better every day with the info and support from this community. I am here because I want to be healthier (weight loss, knee surgery, back pain , etc) , so I got here because of needs and not by choice and sadly the medical system is not the best where I live.
