What has that been like for you? How much were you taking, and for how long? Did you notice any side effects?birdwhacker said:

My starting dose was 0.5mg, and before that first week ended I had pushed it to 2mg. For month 1 I kept to 1mg every 3 days, after which I titrated up to 4.66mg weekly (that's 2mg every 3 days). Over the past 9 weeks I've dropped around 24lbs.
For now I'll hold at 4.66mg for a while, then move up to 6/7mg each week.
From what I've been through, splitting the dose works better
When I began reta, the scale read 235. Before that I had been in the 240s. I was running every day, but my appetite was a problem and nothing was changing.Zerxur said:
Wow, that's some impressive progress. Mind if I ask what your weight was before? Which sports are you into? And have you noticed any muscle loss as well?
My approach is to divide it across 7 days. During week 1, I took 4 separate 0.5 doses.Ravskel said:

I’m in the same boat — 0.5 is where I began too, and so far there’s zero effect, which has me thinking about moving up to 1mg for this week. When you introduced the 1.5, was that all in 1 injection? Or did you break it up across multiple days?
Appreciate it! That clears things upbirdwhacker said:

While you're still figuring out what works for you, there's no shame in taking a day off when the strength feels like too much, or bumping things up by another 0.5 milligram when hunger starts creeping back.
By day 4-5, the benefits fade significantly in my case, which is why I strongly favor splitting the dose. I can't picture getting by on only 0.5mg weekly.
One thing to mention: at the moment I'm parked at 4.66mg, and my plan is to remain at this level until it stops doing its job. For me, 4mg works really well; 2mg was decent, but I'd still sometimes lose control.
