Hey all! I'm a woman of 40 living in the eastern US, and reta has been part of my routine for a couple of months at this point. Honestly, things have gone really well so far! Never before has food simply not crossed my mind at all. There were times in the past when I dropped as much as 60lbs, only to lose steam and put every pound back on. My hope is that reta finally breaks that pattern.
