Male, 51, single dad to a wonderful 8 yo daughter. My schedule is very busy and income is limited. November is when Reta entered my life, and the results have been AMAZING. Almost 70 lbs have gone as of today. Under 200 lbs is where I sit now, which has not happened since high school, and 195 lbs is the goal weight now in sight. When I picked that goal I thought “yeah right, I will never reach that”. Admitting it feels wrong, but glp is what made it easy. Heart disease is everywhere in my family; not lasting long enough for my daughter was a very real fear of mine. I cannot describe what it felt like to think about how it would be for her if I selfishly carried on down that path and left her alone on this unforgiving planet. GLP handed me a second life, and I am so grateful for that, and proud of what I have managed.
