Hi there. Right now I'm in the maintenance phase of my glp journey. Semiglut was what I used for 3 months, and I dropped a bit of weight, after which I moved to tirz and stayed on it for a while before tapering down to a low dose to maintain. Once I stumbled onto the magical grey world of 'peptides', I've spent a few weeks microdosing reta. Losing isn't my goal - I just want to hold steady, since running and working out with my dog matter a lot to me, which means I need to take in enough fuel. I'm here only to read and learn. I'm a mid 50's f, so in the weight loss battle I've got all of the things working against me 😬. Thanks for having me.

Welcome aboard. This community mostly centers on GLP1 along with associated topics, though there are also areas set aside for discussing other peptides too. Whatever you're seeking, try the search feature first — chances are it's already been brought up and answered multiple times over. And if not, you can at least find someone able to point you toward whatever it is you need.

Cute doggo!

Why pick reta for maintenance when sema and tirz are what got you the weight loss? Since there aren't long term studies, isn't reta the riskier option?

What sources are people using for reta info that give them enough confidence to take it?

I was interested in giving it a shot because of additional advantages I'd come across. Switching back is a possibility, though for now I plan to continue reta for another few months to observe the results.
