Hey everyone! Dustin here, writing from Mississippi — the great state where obesity roams just as freely as a wild buffalo does in Yellowstone National Park! Right now I'm just browsing and digging into the world of peps, checking out what's available that won't drain my wallet while I try to shed some weight. Thanks for letting me join! Sometimes I'll end up asking stupid questions, so please take it easy on me, lol... sorry ahead of time!
 
Welcome! Good to have you around. To spare yourself a few of the "stupid questions", get in the habit of searching first and reading what comes back - answers often sit deeper in the threads than you'd guess. There's a ton of solid material here. Things have gone well for me, largely because this place is about people helping people.
