Hello all!

Joining this community feels great, and I can't wait to pick up knowledge from everyone here.

My GLP-1 experience spans roughly 3 years now, with compounded semaglutide plus B12 as my protocol. Before becoming pregnant, it worked well for dropping weight, and after giving birth I've kept going with the same approach. These days I remain on semaglutide while putting effort into solid routines — working out on a regular basis and eating with awareness.

What drew me in was the chance to gain insight from members who have traveled further down the peptide road. Information is everywhere, yet I put real value on firsthand accounts from those who have genuinely tried these treatments and can describe what benefited them. An open mind and a wish to keep expanding my understanding are what I bring here.

Not long ago, bloodwork revealed that my testosterone is on the low side, so I began exploring other routes to bolster my general wellness. GHK-Cu and MOTS-c are among the peptides I want to understand better right now, and I'm likewise intrigued by retatrutide — specifically how people's results with it stack up against semaglutide.

Learning how peptides might work alongside a healthy way of living, and help with overall wellness, is what I'm hoping for. Strength training is something I enjoy and do consistently, and I aim to be deliberate about the health decisions I make. Already I've come across plenty of success stories posted here, and I'd be glad to draw from those while steadily adding to what I know.

Ultimately, putting resources into our own health and well-being is something I feel we should all do. There's just 1 life for us, and getting the most from it — feeling my best while continuing to grow, learn, and get better — matters to me. Finding this community makes me thankful, and I look forward to learning from each of you.

Glad to be here!

Wegovy worked for me for a year, but then my insurance stopped covering it. Every pound came back 😡. For nearly the past 6 months I've been using compound triz, and the losses have been steady while I feel good. Reta is something I'd like to learn about as well.
