Hey everyone, Paul here, writing from Michigan in the USA. My journey began a few years ago when I went on Sema to manage type 2 diabetes. Progress eventually stalled, and I still had another 20lbs left to lose. Since my doctor wouldn't take any further steps, I began looking into Tirz and Reta on my own.
