Been reading along quietly for some time, and in May 2026 I began my pep journey!

30lbs down, and I've still got 15more to go! On top of that, KPV has worked really well for keeping my eczema flair ups under control

I'm in Canada and hoping to find a safe space where I can grow my knowledge!

What's your approach and what are you taking to shed the pounds? I figure at least one of the GLPs is involved. I'd like to know how willing Canadian providers are to write GLP scripts for weight loss.
