Hey all! Lucas here, based out of Denver, Colorado.
I work as a gym coach, and fitness has been a major piece of my life for as long as I can remember.
My main reason for joining is to soak up what others have gone through, learn from their real experiences, and get a handle on new ideas.
I hope to gather some helpful knowledge, throw out a few questions, and contribute whatever I can from the coaching perspective when the opportunity comes up.
Can't wait to meet you all!
