I’m definitely ready for a life change after years of dealing with up-and-down weights varying from a 100 pounds down up 85 pounds up and fluctuations all over the place all over the place. Looking forward to becoming more active to improve my health and well-being and change my life. I am so happy to see all of the people having great results here with Reta and other peptides and just looking forward to sharing in other people‘s success as you guys definitely motivate me nice to have a place with like-minded people changing their lives with peptides!!!

Welcome to the forum you're definitely in the place to be. Even just a short dive into the forum and you answer questions you didn't even know you had. Literally life changing you always hear people say at least you got your health being over-weight is just as debilitating as any illness I feel(not to discredit anyone's medical struggles). The more I lose the better I feel, the younger I feel, the more agile I become. I lost all these things from emotional eating. To regain that confidence and strength has been a game changer for my life. Truly love these products.

Hi from another new user planning to make the switch to reta from tirz (MJ). This forum really seems to be life changing!

What's the reason you wanna change from tirz to reta?

Reta seems to be a lot easier and less risky to get hold of in the UK, and cheaper too. I’m new to this form of getting it, have been on legit Mounjaro for the past 18 months but at £300/pen it’s just not possible anymore.

I’ve also read that in clinical trials reta seems to produce better results, though not sure how accurate that is. Sema did nothing for me, and Tirz has been amazing but totally unaffordable now.

Welcome to the group! For most people, RETA is the magic potion, was for me! Start with a low dose and work up slowly over a few weeks. Try to just stick with a microdose. Many people don;t need to go much further than that.

Micro Dosing would be 0,5 mg?

I started at 0.5 weekly, then a couple of weeks later, went to 1.0mg/week then to 1.0 mg twice a week. Within 4 to 6 weeks, I worked up to 2.5mg every 4 days and that's where I've stayed for the past three months. Although perhaps not as strong these days, appetite suppression is still sufficiently active to keep me in a calorie deficit. My cravings for sweet stuff, junk food and beer are still gone which means I don't have to exercise a lot of self-control! That's been my experience with Reta but I really don't know how typical it is. I call it microdosing because the full monty is 12.5 mg a week (I think), and I think a lot of people go through a painful period of nausea, vomiting and gastrointestinal distress along the way. I'm actually toying with the idea of reducing Reta and introducing Tirz. to see if the new "formula" kick starts reduction of visceral fat which is stubbornly hanging on.

Reta has definitely been a slow process for me and the weight isn’t coming off like other people I know but I am ok with it. Frustrating for sure but i am trying to figure out what else may be triggering a slow/no response. Overall, a healthier outcome anyway. The scale may not be moving much but I am losing inches. Good luck on your journey!

Reta is the magic for me. No side effects except for a dry mouth and a stable weight loss. Now the same weight for a year after losing 65 pounds in two years. Start slow and up the dose when the weight loss slows down.
