Just joined, though I've cycled through Semaglutide, Tirz and Retatrutide at different times during roughly the last 12 months.

I've shed around 50lbs, but sadly I still have quite a distance left to cover.

Try not to fixate on the finish line at this stage — keep your attention on the process instead. It's still a bit surreal to me, but I've lost 161lbs up to now, and there's a small amount left before I hit my target weight. You can do this.
