Hi all! spent a while browsing, absorbed plenty. keep up with many sources on other forums! Ended up joining this one. =)

Zep began for me 2 weeks back. quite a ride up to now. =) looking forward to reading and ideally picking up even more. =)

on top of that, recently got a Severe OSA diagnosis so it all feels fascinating. lol.

right now, 290 but my goal is getting back to my former weight of 150ish or thereabouts.

that's everything from me at the moment. =)

Solid effort doing your homework( Zep at 2 weeks is only the beginning.

That's a hefty target, though very reachable with steady commitment.

Pairing OSA with weight loss can really shift things.
