Hi everyone, I've been lurking for 1year and I'm based in Milwaukee. My first reta10 order is in the works right now! Everything else I needed showed up today via amazon. I still haven't ordered BAC water yet. This whole world is brand new to me, crypto included. I would have gotten my first order through today, but I couldn't work out the right way to send the transaction id... so it's pushed to tomorrow. Pretty much everything I know at this point came from here, discord groups and telegram. Losing weight and getting skintayy is something I'm really looking forward to. I'm 30yo, 5'3(5'4 on a good day). Right now I'm 190 and my goal is around 110-115. I bought some smaller clothes already as motivation. At my highest I was in the 200's, and keto helped me drop about 55 pounds. Unfortunately some came back. I've got suppliers lined up and I'm here for the community and to keep learning! Down the road I'd like to stack other peptides. 🧙‍♀️nice to meet you

Hi, glad to have you here. I've had good results with keto myself on a few occasions, yet keeping it up long-term simply isn't realistic. When I'm on keto, I honestly feel like the addicts shown in those recovery portrayals in the media.

I appreciate it! The moment I started eating bread again, the pounds piled right back on. Bread is something I just can't avoid for very long. It's among the handful of foods I refuse to sacrifice. Same goes for dark chocolate. lol

Bread is one of life's great pleasures for me too, so I get where you're coming from.
