I'm still fairly fresh when it comes to research arts, but whenever I take something on, I try to approach it intelligently. Digging into the details is something I enjoy, and I thought this would be an ideal spot to begin. My journey is a few months old now — it kicked off after a friend suggested it, though I didn't actually get going until my doctor echoed similar advice. So far it's taught me a lot, and I'm thankful for that.

Three months have passed and I'm roughly 35 pounds lighter. Four days a week I stick to working out, and my diet is under very solid control.

I've also been using a glp-1 for roughly that same period, and with my workouts plus a very disciplined eating plan, I definitely get what you mean! As of this week, I'm down 35 pounds too. The biggest shock for me has been how easy sticking to the diet feels these days. Congrats on what you've achieved, and best of luck to you!

Wow, that is a really fast rate of loss on your part. Having your eating habits and your workouts finally match a metabolism that works as it should makes a huge difference.

We came to AZ after leaving NH. It is missed, though the blue skies and sunshine down here are quite pleasant.

For roughly 2 years I've been hitting the gym on a fairly regular basis, so I'd say that piece was already sorted out. What I ate wasn't terrible, though removing the additional snacking has changed everything.

NH is a place I really enjoy! The southern and northern areas each give you something totally distinct. The shifts between seasons are wonderful in this region. Fall is going to be a treat for you!

Seems like our journeys are pretty alike! That effortless dieting part really resonates with me. Honestly, it's the first time I can remember not being constantly hungry. It's amazing!
