Hi everyone,
I began my GLP1 path with Mounjaro, but after noticing everything Reta can do, I'm switching over.
Plus, it costs much less as well. Talk soon
Hi there, another person from the UK

glad you're here on the forum
My own path began with Mounjaro, and I dropped a huge amount of weight on it. Around the 14 month mark, though, it felt like my system had adapted and the results were no longer what they had been. Once I came across the grey market, I made the decision to move over to Reta. A couple of months in, the appetite suppression from Reta was so much weaker than what Tirzepatide gave me that I chose to return to Tirz. These days I combine Tirz and Reta — a larger dose of Tirz plus a smaller dose of Reta, with the doses spread across the week. For the moment, that combination is doing the job nicely.
One thing I'd add: when food noise or binge eating is an issue for you, Tirz is the one to stay with, since its appetite suppression is considerably more powerful than Reta's.
Do tell me how things go for you.
Looking at what a UK pharmacy charges for Mounjaro next to what Tirzepatide costs on the grey market honestly astonishes me. It makes me furious to think about how much money went out over more than a year for Mounjaro, when I had no idea how much could have been saved by buying from the grey market instead.
Wishing you all the best
