Hi Guys, I'm here to learn and get some feedback. Goodluck to all of us.

I've been using Reta for just over 2 months. So far the results have made me very happy, but the rise in heart rate that's meant to happen has me a bit confused.

I also spent a few months on sema, and at the lowest dosage I saw a 8-10 bpm increase straight away. Now I'm on 6mg of reta and there's nothing. Resting heart rate sits between 58-62...no change. On sema it went up to 70-72.

Has anyone else had this happen?
 
Welcome! I also experienced the HR increase that you're describing, and for me it was pretty unpleasant. Eventually it subsides, though I moved over to Tirzepatide because it gave me stronger appetite suppression. Best of luck with your journey.
 
Oddly enough reta hasn't touched my heart rate. I'm on 6 mg weekly and the numbers look exactly like they did before. Sema did push it up, which is what makes the difference so strange to me.
