Hi Guys, I'm here to learn and get some feedback. Goodluck to all of us.

Been on Reta for a little over 2 months now. Very happy with the results so far but I'm a little perplexed with regards to the increase in heart rate that's supposed to take place.

Was on sema for a few months as well and I experienced a 8-10 bpm increase right of the bat at the lowest dosage. Now I'm on 6mg of reta and nothing. Resting heart rate between 58-62...no change. Got up to 70-72 on sema.

Anyone else experience this?
 
Welcome ! I personally had the HR increase like yourself and it felt quite uncomfortable. It does go away but I ended up switching to Tirzepatide due to the increase appetite suppression. Good luck in your journey.
 
Actually on reta I have no HR increase. I'm taking 6 mg weekly and HR is unchanged. I did experience HR increase on sema however, so i find it very strange I'm not experiencing it on reta.
