Hey everyone, I’m brand new to peptide research, bio-hacking, and self improvement.

I’m just a regular middle-aged family man looking to make some changes.

1. Shed body fat — right now my BMI is 29.6%. I want to get to 15%.

2. Rejuvenation. I’d like to bring back some vitality and youthful energy.

3. Make my joints stronger. I’m beginning to notice the wear and tear.

A few years back I was on TRT, but I’ve been off it for the last year.

This past week I started Cypionate and Anastrozole again: 200mg/week (100mg x 2x/week) and 1mg/week (0.5mg x 2x/week).

Honestly, both to you all and to myself, staying motivated with diet and exercise is my hardest part. (Is there some magic fix for that?! lol)

Feel free to share your experience and knowledge with a newbie.

If someone can point me to a resource that explains in plain language what different peptides are meant to do, that would be a great place for me to begin.

Thanks for any help, and patience, you can give!

Whoever told you to run that much Test is screwing you over big time. If an e2 blocker is necessary just to handle your test dose, then you're not doing TRT.

Also, I really hope you're doing blood work to monitor your hormone levels.

When it comes to actually staying on a diet, that's exactly where glp1s come in. Choose one, and sticking to your diet becomes simple. Once your hormones are dialed in, as the weight starts coming off, your drive to train should pick up too.

I get what you're saying. That probably explains why more than 50% of grown-ups are seeking ways to deal with weight gain tied to aging and lifestyle. For me, the hardest habit to kick is having 3 or more beers or whisky/cokes past 9pm. Those calories have piled on 40 pounds over the years, and I'm pretty active. Cheers from the 416

Blood work is absolutely on the agenda. For the past few years I've had it checked every 3 months with a doctor keeping an eye on things.

Even though a blocker is required, my T levels at 200mg/week are still sitting at the lower end of what counts as “normal”. I suppose my physiology is a bit unusual.

I’m with you on those calming drinks being a soft spot. lol I figure plenty of us simply need a bit more momentum to break up the habits we’ve carried for years. After we manage to break them, things should start going our way. In my case, dropping the initial 40lbs wasn’t too difficult. What will require the real effort is the remaining 20lbs.

Can you share the most recent results you had for T, E2, shbg, and albumin?

Joe, welcome aboard. Did the rest of you notice this part......

1. Lose weight (body fat specifically) currently at a BMI of 29.6%. Target is 15%.

A BMI of 15% — is that really what you're after? From what I understand, dropping below 19% isn't healthy.

As for finding a single website that covers every peptide in depth, I doubt one exists. The approach is: figure out the effect you're after, Google it, then swing by here and look up what members have actually reported from using it.

The motivation....that part is entirely on you !! (use the mirror a lot, not the weigh scale).

Back when Covid hit I was a fat bastard ! I got into eating clean, working out, running, checking the mirror constantly, and picking up clothes that didn't fit yet, determined that they would eventually.

I only began Reta in January, for the Glucagon/Longevity benefits.

Mots-C got added to the stack 2 weeks ago.

I think what he actually meant was body fat percentage, not BMI.

Elevated body fat also plays a major role in driving aromatization.
