Hey everyone,

I've been using Tirz for several months and the results have been excellent. Not long ago I added tesa and GhK-Cu, though I've been buying them locally and paying a steep premium. I'm here to pick up more knowledge. I still have some fat I want to drop, but I'm also aiming to build muscle, so it feels like a tug-of-war.

Did GHK do anything for you? I haven’t noticed any change in myself.

Not sure what terz thinks, but I'm on a tiny Reta dose and I'm finding it simple to consume the amount I need while still training hard
