35, and 3 weeks deep into reta.
Kicked off at 255@ 18%. A decade of competitive lifting behind me, and the aim now is better labs plus a better body composition, with a stab at sub 10% body fat.
Right now that is 2.0mg reta every week.
500MG test E on the same weekly schedule.
GHK CU at 3mg every day.
Tessa at 2mg before bed.
Plus the usual stack of vitamins and odds and ends.
Weight is coming off steady at 0.25LB a week and nothing bad to report. Thinking about bumping the dose this week — either 2.5 so a 10mg vial stretches a whole month, or 3mg simply because a 50% jump lands on a round number.
What I have noticed: the adhd noise feels turned down, nicotene and alcohol urges have fallen away sharply, and sugar cravings are basically gone.
Mood also holds steady now, even when things get stressful.
No jump in heart rate that I can tell.
Possibly running slightly hotter.
Digestion has been fine.
Thirst is definitely up though.
Plenty of people report feeling effects at this dose, which makes me wonder whether I simply respond less than others and really do need to go higher.
