35 years old. started reta 3 weeks ago.
Started at 255@ 18%, ten years training as a competitive lifter and hoping to utilize this to improve labs and body composition while making a shot at sub 10% body fat.
Currently on 2.0mg reta weekly.
500MG test E weekly.
3mg GHK CU daily.
2mg Tessa Nightly.
And then my various vitamins and stuff as well.
steady losing at 0.25LB a week with no negative sides. May increase the dose this week, either to 2.5 so the 10mg vials last a month, or 3mg just for an even number at 50% jump.
I have noticed that my adhd symptoms seem a bit more muted, my cravings for nicotene and alcohol have dropped drastically, and cravings for sweets is near gone.
I have also noticed my mood stays neutral even in high stress situations as well.
No noted HR increase.
Maybe running a tad warmer.
No constipation.
Definitely more thirsty than usual.
I have seen a lot of stories of people noticing effects at this dose and I am actually wondering if I just dont respond as well as others and do actually need a higher dose.
