Hey all 
Reta has been part of my routine for roughly 7 weeks now, and I'm down 11kg. The results have made me really happy.
Finding this forum feels like a stroke of luck, particularly since I've been ripped off before. Being in a community that supports each other is wonderful. Can't wait to pick up knowledge and contribute.
