Hello from the UK!

I'm 10 days into my reta journey now, and changes are beginning to show. My starting dose was 1mg, then I moved up to 2.5mg with the second pin. Apart from a bit of nausea, no problems at all, so that's good! Cravings are less tempting and I stay full for longer 🙂 looking forward to finding out more

Jumping straight from 1mg to 2.5mg on the following shot is quite a big leap. Might have been wiser to ramp up more gradually than that! 🙂
 
Hello and welcome.

Mine was 2mg from the outset, then up to 2.5mg once 5 weeks had passed, and I've stayed put at that level ever since.
