Hi everyone, I'm a guy in his mid 30s from the UK, and my goal is to shed some pounds.

I don't want to be overly dramatic, but this fits into a bigger plan I'm working on to turn my life around lol. Sadly, changing my habits hasn't stuck over the long run (I tried a diet, saw results initially, then put all the weight back on like a fool), which is why I'm here trying to sort it out.

All I'm after is a single GLP1 - nothing else appeals to me. Alongside that, I plan to follow a stricter weight training routine, though I have no desire to use any substances for that purpose.

Right now I'm going through the STG guides (and every discussion post on here) to get a handle on how this works. I haven't taken any steps yet.

Welcome aboard! I'm in a comparable spot — I've only just signed up too, and I'm at the very beginning of this journey.

Welcome! I’m pretty fresh here too, and I’m just hoping to get going on a GLP1. After bouncing between tirzepatide and reta, I settled on tirzepatide. Quick question on the side - STG keeps coming up, but I have no idea what it means? Another forum, I’m guessing? Maybe people shorten it because it isn’t meant to be discussed out in the open?

Hey! I'm in the UK too,

your situation sounds a lot like mine — one day I just chose to better myself, and that led me here. What you'll find on this forum will transform your life!

Hey Gameboy, good to meet you. A few years ago I found myself in much the same spot. I did the work, started Ozempic, dropped 30kg, and over the past few months I've begun exploring peptides. Go easy on yourself — you already know things need to change, so from here it's simply about turning up daily for the years ahead. Those couple of years will pass quicker than you'd expect.

Hi, I'm a woman in my mid 30s based in the UK. Last year I did the same thing — began mounjaro on prescription. This feb I switched to grey and haven't regretted it since. My current stack is tirz, and I recently added cagri because I wanted stronger appetite suppression (after a pause in tirz, restarting it didn't give me the same outcome, so I felt I needed that "extra" boost.

Best of luck with your life makeover!
