Hey all, I'm a 50M who wants to keep my health in check, and since I'm just starting out, I'm here to gain knowledge and stay well-informed. My reason for getting into peptides roughly 3 months back wasn't shedding pounds—it was bringing my A1C down; dropping a bit of weight has simply been an added bonus. There's clearly a ton to absorb, so I'm hoping this forum and everyone here can steer me the right way through these deep informational rabbit holes. Happy to be part of this and looking forward to crossing paths with some or even all of you...

Hello to a fellow local! Sending greetings from the other side of the Rio Grande! In fact, I'll be in the RGV tomorrow — heading to Pharr to see my mother, who resides there... Yep, I'm the kid who never got a green card lol!

I'm 48, got going in May, and over these 3 months on tirz I've dropped close to 23lbs without much effort. My A1C has gotten much better, and every other marker has improved too. This whole thing is a fascinating rabbit hole, and honestly the excitement of picking up new knowledge still hasn't faded lol!

Haha...good to meet you too. Since I began, roughly 20lbs have come off. As for my A1C, that's still up in the air — I'll wait another 3 months before getting bloodwork done. My relatives are using peps as well, but the research falls on me, and I suspect my constant pep chatter has them pretty worn out. Take care, and give my regards to your mom over in Pharr
