Thanks everyone. I believe I've settled on giving terz a shot. Zepbound was prescribed to me, but the insurance turned it down. They wanted a Prior Auth showing 6 months of documented weight struggle. Like I didn't already have 25 of them.

Since I'm going grey to dodge the CRAZY health spa markups, I figure technically I'm still doing what the Dr ordered! Now comes the part where I sort out crypto...
