I'm a guy, 40 years old, standing 6'1" and weighing 295lbs. My plan is to drop weight and improve my health. TRT and lifting weights are where I began. The difference is already noticeable. From a domestic source I picked up 30mg of reta and yesterday took my initial 1mg. Reddit is where I first heard about reta. After lurking on this forum, I realize I paid too much, and I've also come to see there's plenty to pick up regarding these peptides—how to administer them, how to purchase them, and much else. My reason for being here is simply to hopefully receive some direction so I can go about this the right way and avoid harming myself either physically or financially lol

My first Reta vial also felt like too much money, but the results were strong enough that I'd make the same purchase again if necessary. What I've saved by not eating excessively has already covered that cost and then some.

I keep things straightforward: begin with 1mg and watch your reaction. It's smarter to learn how your body handles it instead of rushing in. Some people I know stay at 1mg weekly and keep losing; others notice little until they move to 1.5mg or 2mg. My suggestion is to never increase by more than .5mg at once. During week 1 at 1mg, don't look for miracles or dramatic shifts. Let it take time to do its job.

Since Oct 19 I'm down nearly 30lbs (243lbs to 215lbs), though now that I'm back in the gym the scale moves less even as my body composition gets better.

I'm certain you came across this on Reddit, but make protein the priority, drink plenty of water, stay active (even just aiming for 10,000 steps daily if that's not already your routine) and try adding some weight training.
