A little about me:

Age/Gender: 26F

Height: 150 cm (4'11")

Starting Weight: ~110 kg (242 lbs)

I have absolutely zero prior experience with any GLP-1s. I am currently doing my research and specifically looking into Reta and Tirzep to see if they would be a good fit to help with steady weight loss and managing food noise.

Please note that English is not my first language, so it might take me a little extra effort to read and understand everything. However, there is so much great information here, and I'm currently taking the time to read through the new member guides and learn from the experiences shared on this forum.

Looking forward to learning from you all.

Sawadee kha. Your going to have an amazing time here. Hopefully you have lots of hours to burn, because reading these forums have been so informative but time consuming =p

Sawatdee, and welcome from Thailand also! Hope you enjoy your stay here. Keep reading and learning, and hopefully we both achieve our goals.

Haha, you caught me. That is exactly what I am doing right now. AI is truly a lifesaver for helping me read through the complex information and make sure my replies make sense. Thanks for the tip.

Are you comfortable sharing which area in Thailand you’re from? I was in Thailand for 6 weeks a few months ago and i really liked it.

I am currently living in Nonthaburi, which is a province right next to Bangkok. It is very nice to hear that you enjoyed your time in Thailand. Six weeks is a good amount of time to explore. Which parts of the country did you visit during your trip?

We first spent a few days in Bangkok, then traveled on to the islands in the Gulf of Thailand — first Koh Samui, then Koh Phangan, and finally Koh Tao. After that we headed to the Andaman Sea, to Krabi, Koh Lanta, and Phuket. It was really a great trip. How is the topic of research peptides handled in Thailand — is it a similar hype like it currently is in the US and Europe, or is it still more of a niche topic there?

Glad to see a number of people from Thailand. I travel here often.

I have not started anything myself, keen to learn your experiences from the market here.
