Some quick details about myself:

Age/Gender: 26F

Height: 150 cm (4'11")

Starting Weight: ~110 kg (242 lbs)

I have no background at all with any GLP-1s. Right now I'm gathering information and focusing on Reta and Tirzep to figure out whether either could suit me for consistent weight reduction and handling food noise.

Just a heads up, English isn't my first language, so reading and comprehending everything may take me a bit more effort. Still, there's a ton of excellent info in this space, and I'm spending time going through the new member guides and picking up things from what people have shared on this forum.

Excited to learn from everyone here.

Sawadee kha. You're in for a great experience around here. With any luck, you've got plenty of spare time on your hands, since going through these forums has taught me a ton while eating up hours =p

Sawatdee, and a warm welcome from Thailand as well! May you have a great time here. Keep exploring and picking up new things, and with luck, we'll both reach what we're aiming for.

Sawadee kha. I appreciate the kind welcome. You're definitely correct—there's a huge amount of material to take in here. I'm working through it bit by bit. It's great to meet you. 😊

Running it through an AI handles the translation. Comes out flawless 😅
Haha, you got me. That is precisely what I am up to at this moment. AI really is a lifesaver when it comes to reading through the complicated information and making sure my replies come out right. Thanks for the tip.

Would you be okay telling us what part of Thailand you call home? A few months back I spent 6 weeks in Thailand, and I enjoyed it a lot.
Right now I'm based in Nonthaburi — a province that sits immediately beside Bangkok. Hearing that you had a good time in Thailand makes me really happy. Six weeks gives you plenty of opportunity to see quite a bit. Where in the country did you go while you were here?

Our trip began with a short stay of a few days in Bangkok. From there we continued to the Gulf of Thailand islands: Koh Samui came first, followed by Koh Phangan, and Koh Tao was the last one. Next we made our way to the Andaman Sea side, visiting Krabi, Koh Lanta, and Phuket. Overall, it was an excellent journey. I'm curious about how research peptides are viewed in Thailand — do they get the same kind of buzz that's happening right now in the US and Europe, or do they remain more of a niche interest over there?

Good to find quite a few folks based in Thailand. I come here regularly.

I haven't begun anything on my own yet, and I'm eager to hear about what you all have gone through with the market in this country.

Glad to have you here. Thailand is a place I want to visit someday, my baby momma is Thai and I really enjoy the food.

Bangkok is where I'm based, and Nonthaburi is just a short distance away. Let's stay connected.
