Hello everyone! I'm a woman in my middle years, and I've been reading this forum quietly for some time now.
After seeing how well a friend did with weight loss, I felt motivated to give it a go too. November 2025 is when my glp1 path started, and the pounds have kept coming off steadily. I don't really rely on a scale; instead, I track things by how my clothes feel. At this point, I've dropped 2 sizes. January was when I began hitting the gym as well, and my food choices have improved.
A big reason I wanted to shed weight was that walking had turned painful. My joints were sore and my whole body ached. I was sure the extra weight was the cause. These days I'm doing CrossFit 3 times each week, and although I'm exhausted when class ends, it isn't due to joint pain that lingers for days.
I've picked up a great deal from all of you, and I'm thankful a community like this is here. Trying the gray market felt scary, but I've been doing it since January and have had no problems at all.
Thanks to everyone for telling your stories
