Hej! I'm in Sweden too, though I can't offer any Reta advice. I haven't begun yet, but I'm nearly set to give Tirz a try
yep, i jumped right in at 4mg.. that tr20 vial was likely overfilled, so it hit hard, yet i never got any side effects, so it did the job well. felt a bit anxious the first time haha but honestly it's awesome!

I'm in week 2 now and have raised my dose to 0,75. Come this saturday/sunday I'll go with 1mg, or possibly 2mg

People have mentioned this before, but for me the effect fades, so I take it once every 3 days. Also, when I moved from tirz to reta, I cut my dose in half.

I've raised my dose to 1mg. The scale still shows 260+ pounds 😅 .

My schedule was 0,5 for 1 week, then 0,75 for 1 week, and now I'm at 1mg.

remember that reta accumulates in your body gradually. give each dose 3 - 4 weeks to settle

since reta's half life is 6 days, injecting every 7 days means you need 3-4 weeks before the peptide reaches steady levels. that's why the first week won't show you the full effects.

looking back, I wish I had taken things far slower and been more patient. I stuck to the clinical trial protocols. but if I had a do-over, I would have begun at 0.5, stayed there as long as I could, then moved to 1, and so on.

Are the clinical trial protocols accessible to the general public? I've come across a lot of conflicting claims regarding what those protocols actually say.

At first I figured 0,5 for a minimum of 2-4weeks. Then I came across information suggesting the standard starting dose is 2mg

On this board, a few individuals are already giving it a go. My guess is that they aren't part of the formal clinical trials. Naturally, I might be mistaken.

Over in the introduction section, there's a post where somebody shares their thoughts on how it performed and the dosing.

During phase 3 trials, this escalation schedule was evaluated

Dosing in Phase 3: 2 mg, 4 mg, 6 mg, 9 mg, and 12 mg, with the dose raised every 4 weeks.

The greatest weight reduction occurred at 12 mg, though that dose also produced the highest rate of adverse effects.

Om du började om, varför skulle du då gå långsammare? Biverkningar?

Another Wilk injection this Saturday, which is Friday night, at 1mg. That makes it my 2nd week at 1mg.

Hi everyone, writing in from Sweden. I'm 33 years old, and I've got some reta on the way from a vendor on this forum. My starting weight is 125kg.
Glad you joined the forums—there's a ton of knowledge to pick up around here. Once you settle into a routine that works for you, those pounds will melt away. Best of luck!

Hi, another Swede checking in!

Take it easy and have fun with it 🙂. Just don't rush things, haha.

If I were starting over, I'd let each dose run its course until progress stalled, aiming for a steadier, more sensible rate of loss. For me, the weight came off very fast, and I'm not convinced that was good for my body. Were I to do it again, 1mg would likely be my starting point. My goal would be finding a dose that delivered 2-3 lbs weekly, then increasing only when needed to keep that pace. That approach would probably have spared me some of the dehydration and mental fog. The sharp drop in calories left me feeling like a zombie for 3 months straight.

I've been on 1.5 for 2 weeks now, steady as a rock. Does anyone have experience with injecting a day ahead of schedule? I did it a day late once before, but life happens and it would work out better for me to do it a day early this week — is that alright?
