Hi all,

After reading along quietly for a while, I thought it was time to say hello properly.

Tirz has changed things in a big way for me — I'm down 15kg and now taking a low dose to maintain. This is the first time I've managed to keep going without dropping off every 2 weeks or so. The way it handles appetite has been huge on its own, but beyond that, it keeps me on track instead of battling myself and old habits all the time.

Over the years I've made a few attempts at losing weight and each time had some success, yet I could never make it stick. This time it feels different.

On top of that, I've started adding KLOW into my training recently for joint problems (mostly elbows and wrists), and so far the recovery effect has been pretty wild. 2 weeks in, my joints feel great, there's less irritation, and training in general just flows better.

It's still very early on that front, but it looks promising.

The main reason I joined is to pick up more from people who are actually living this, particularly when it comes to GLP's and other peptides — how you're running them, what's helped, what hasn't, and anything worth keeping in mind for the longer term.

Glad to be part of the community

Just wait until you get to know Reta, our closest mate
Before I came across this community, I bought quite a bit of marked-up telehealth Tirzepatide — at the time I thought $150/month was a steal, since insurance refused to pay 🙄. Once that supply is gone, though, I'm expecting to change over, based on all the positive reports I've seen here, and I still want to lose roughly 100 lbs.

Yeah, same situation for me.

My tirz is prescribed (MJRO — I'm not sure whether it's fine to name brands on here) and comes via a pharmacy, but over the long haul the cost is genuinely rough.

That's the main reason I started looking at reta at all — mostly to get at that last stubborn patch in the lower abdomen.

Even so, I'm still hesitant about that whole world. The further I read, the clearer it becomes that there's a lot happening backstage when it comes to quality and safety, and what the public can actually see is mostly just the top layer.

Purity and fill are visible, but once you dig deeper there's another whole layer (sterility, endotoxins, microbial stuff, etc.) that isn't always plainly displayed, so it gets harder to tell what you're really getting.

So right now I'm somewhere in the middle — interested, but also cautious and a bit paranoid about the whole thing.

How did you all go about it? Did you just jump in once you felt okay with it?
