INTRO Hello from Scotland :)

Hi everyone! I joined a little bit ago but hadn’t introduced myself yet. I’m here in preparation for shifting from Mounjaro to Tirzepatide during my ongoing maintenance.

I’ve had huge success over the last (almost) two years, it’s been life changing. I’ve managed to halve my weight and regain a sort of freedom I haven’t had for a decade, and as I have an autoimmune condition that affects my mobility, it really gave me back a bit of something I thought was lost for good.

Costs are out of control though, so I’m here to learn about making maintenance a bit more financially sustainable, as I will likely need this medication for life. I’ve got a couple of months left so I’m taking the time now to get prepared so I don’t run out, although that wouldn’t be the end of the world temporarily I suppose.

I’m quite nervous about the grey market simply because there is an overwhelming amount of info, but I’m ready to dive in I think

Hey Goose, good luck on your journey. The cost is ridiculous! Grey market is scary but I’m hopeful this community can help avoid the duds. My other half used a reseller for our first try. Still so much more affordable than going through a pharmacy but I can’t believe the price difference in what I’ve seen from overseas sources vs what we paid. It’s not been two full weeks for us yet but I’ll have a dabble in the grey market soon.
