Hey everyone.
I’m 25, male, 5’11”, and right now I weigh 236 lbs. For the past 6–7 years, my weight has been a battle. Back in high school I stayed active and was in pretty good shape - hockey, football, and regular lifting were part of my routine. I’ve always been on the bigger side, but once I moved away for school, I quit sports, my activity level fell off a cliff, and the pounds crept up until things felt out of hand.
For the last month and a half, I’ve been taking this seriously and trying to rebuild consistency. I’ve also gotten back into non-competitive hockey. It’s been a humbling experience (conditioning, balance, endurance), but it’s also been a needed wake-up call and a reminder that I want to feel athletic again. The next step is returning to the gym in a way I can actually maintain.
Why I’m here: I want to learn about peptides and GLP-style tools the right way - what’s legit vs sketchy, how people think about safety, what “best practices” look like, and how to put together a plan where results actually last long-term. I’m not chasing extremes; my goal is to be healthier, leaner, more consistent, and perform better.
I’ve put in my first order of GHK-Cu, and I’m hoping to begin Reta soon as part of this bigger effort to get my health back on track.
I appreciate this community and the emphasis on doing things responsibly. Looking forward to learning from all of you.
