Hey everyone, I'm closing in on 40 and I'm still quite new when it comes to glp-1s. My journey only began a few months back with reta, and honestly it didn't do much for me, even when the dose was really high. A few weeks ago I made the switch to tirz, and on that one I'm already feeling and doing somewhat better, even though the dose is pretty low. Getting to a body that isn't limited is going to take me a long time, so I expect I'll be hanging around this forum for quite a while.
