Hey everyone, so a friend hyped me up about giving reta a go to shed a few kilos, then he bailed on starting it himself after I'd already begun lol. So here's my situation at 7 weeks as the guinea pig. Things I've picked up on.

Right at the start the doses gave me massive brain fog, though that eventually lifted. For a long time now I've been having 1 or 2 sachets of SALTT (similar to LMNT) daily, so I figured it wasn't an electrolyte thing.

A bit of skin pain too, but that's gone now as well.

Addictive urges have dropped off. I was seriously hooked on coffee and nicotine lozenges. Both are now fully quit.

When I hit 6.5 weeks, which was 2 weeks after moving up from 1mg weekly to 1.5mg - absolutely brutal diarrhea. I assumed food poisoning, so just as it was easing up my next weekly shot was due and bam, round 2. Next time I'm dropping the dose a bit again since I couldn't work for 3 days. Could also be because I stretched my vial to 6.5 weeks so nothing went to "waste". From now on I'll toss vials after 4 weeks without a second thought if that's the culprit. Or maybe it's just something that happens.

Regardless, apart from the poopoos I'm loving this stuff.

Hey mate. Good to have you here. Those sound like the usual side effects, and I actually know a few folks who dealt with diarrhea too. Either lower your dose until your body tolerates it, or a lot of people prefer splitting the weekly amount, for example .75 on Sunday plus .75 on Wednesday.

Yep, this past week I've been pinning it as 2 separate doses so I could give myself a break 😅. My plan for this week is to return to 1.5ml and find out whether that turns out to be a mistake. Calling it a gateway peptide is no joke — I've fallen pretty deep down the rabbit hole. Scrolling through price lists has me feeling like a kid in a candy store lol. I'm closing in on 40, so right now I'm doing whatever I can to improve my shape and lock in healthier routines.

Haha, that's definitely true. About 4 months back, a mate introduced me to Reta along with BPC/TB, and my everyday stack has expanded a fair amount since. Even so, I feel better than I have in a really, really long time. It sounds like you're approaching it the right way by diving deep into it. Before starting anything, research it thoroughly so you're fully aware of what you're putting in your body, what results to expect, and which side effects could show up.

Nice work quitting both coffee and nicotine. That can't have been easy! I'm still chipping away at that myself lol.
