Hey everyone, so a friend hyped me up about giving reta a go to shed a few kilos, then he bailed on starting it himself after I'd already begun lol. So here's my situation at 7 weeks as the guinea pig. Things I've picked up on.
Right at the start the doses gave me massive brain fog, though that eventually lifted. For a long time now I've been having 1 or 2 sachets of SALTT (similar to LMNT) daily, so I figured it wasn't an electrolyte thing.
A bit of skin pain too, but that's gone now as well.
Addictive urges have dropped off. I was seriously hooked on coffee and nicotine lozenges. Both are now fully quit.
When I hit 6.5 weeks, which was 2 weeks after moving up from 1mg weekly to 1.5mg - absolutely brutal diarrhea. I assumed food poisoning, so just as it was easing up my next weekly shot was due and bam, round 2. Next time I'm dropping the dose a bit again since I couldn't work for 3 days. Could also be because I stretched my vial to 6.5 weeks so nothing went to "waste". From now on I'll toss vials after 4 weeks without a second thought if that's the culprit. Or maybe it's just something that happens.
Regardless, apart from the poopoos I'm loving this stuff.
