Hey all! Good to be here.
5'7", late thirties, male. I keep fairly active, and the last couple of years have been a self-improvement project — though I have stalled lately, and my cholesterol sits above the normal range. Medication has been offered for it, but ideally I would rather come off that sooner than later. My thinking is that GLPs could break the plateau and bring the cholesterol down alongside the excess weight, and paired with a solid diet that should keep statins out of my life.
I overthink things a little, so I am here to build up knowledge before — or if — I commit to going down the GLP road.
