Hi all! My main reason for being here is to find peptides that don’t break the bank. In under a month, I’ve dropped 11 kg already. I struggle with emotional eating on a chronic level, and my job is night-shift work as an EA for clients in the US, so no matter what I tried, that schedule worked against me. Then Tirz came into the picture! It made a total difference!

One thing that really made me glad: last year I got my period only 1 time. I began my peptides this January, and roughly a month later, my cycle returned. 🙂

Night sweats and unrelenting tiredness used to be part of my life too, and I genuinely sensed my health was going downhill early. These days, my overall state feels far better, and I truly want to keep going.

Nice work on what you've achieved so far, and it's great that you're feeling better!

Just a word of caution: dropping TOO MUCH--TOO FAST is a real risk.

While you're doing your research, make sure your protein and calorie intake are enough.

Welcome! Has tirz been helpful for your night sweats?
Yeah, absolutely! My body has been feeling colder than it ever has. In the past, since the PH is a humid country, I would sweat horribly from just walking around. I have both aircon and an electric fan. These days, though, even the electric fan feels too cold during the night. I end up putting on jackets at night.

Hi there! I'm also based in the PH. The folks around here are really supportive.
Kumusta, kabayan! Totoo! Ang galing sa lugar na ito, di ba? Walang nagtatago ng info. 🙂

Hello and welcome to the group. Feeling cold easily is something I deal with too. Hot flashes and constantly overheating made me pretty miserable before I began tirz. These days I keep a small blanket nearby at all times,..lol. That shift was a major one, though I prefer it over feeling hot.

As for the Philippines, visiting has been on my wish list for ages! All those islands, such beauty

Appreciate the reminder! Absolutely! Meat and veggies are my thing. Coming from PH, I used to pile on the carbs before GLP1. These days I stick to just 1-2 spoons of rice. By April, I'm hoping to shift toward vegetables first, then eggs, and finally protein.

Absolutely accurate!😆 And indeed! The Philippines is a gorgeous nation. Sure, we deal with political problems of our own, but the culture and the people are what make everything worth it. 🙂
