Hi all. I've been reading for a long time but this is my first post — decided I should finally sign up rather than just browse.
I'm 36 and live in central PA. About a year back I began semaglutide, mainly for blood pressure and weight. I've lost roughly 40 lbs, and lately my focus has shifted away from the scale toward keeping things steady, getting back into lifting, and cleaning up my diet and sleep.
Reading here has shown me how little I understood at the start — particularly about lab testing, telling a bad batch apart, and why side effects hit some people but not others. I'd much rather pick things up from folks with real experience than from advertising.
No big updates so far, just glad to be part of this and eager to learn from the forum. Mostly I'll be reading, and now and then I'll ask something if I can't track down an answer.
