A 47yo guy from Canada here. My height is 6”1’ and I weigh 235lbs. My reason for joining is to get educated on Reta and locate a vendor. I’m eager to pick up knowledge from all of you.
 
Some additional background on me. My weight was 325 lbs 3 and a half years ago. After having gastric sleeve surgery, I reached a low point of 199 lbs. Since then, my weight has gradually risen to 235 lbs, where it stands now. My goal is 185 lbs, and I'm hoping Reta can help me reach it. Does anyone else have a comparable experience?
