Hey everybody! I've just wrapped up my first 2 months using Reta, and honestly, the results have blown past what I was hoping for. Now I'm thinking about stacking some other peptides to address specific health goals. I've really enjoyed browsing the forums and checking out what everyone else has experimented with. Can't wait to pick up more knowledge here!

Reta- went up fast from 1mg to 4mg, then came back down to 2.5mg at week 8. Down 17 pounds and 2 inches off the waist so far

Those are awesome results! I'm in Oklahoma too (around Tulsa). Right now I'm on tirz, though reta really catches my interest. The only thing holding me back is the cardiac side effects, since I have diastolic dysfunction. I came across research indicating GLP-1s can actually benefit people with my heart condition, which made me feel okay about using it, but I've read that Reta may raise heart rate. Did you notice anything like that?

Throughout, my resting heart rate has stayed at 60 or below, without any rise at all. For the last month I've been holding steady at 187/188, with fat loss happening gradually in small amounts. I've also remained at 2.5mg. During titration I had slight nausea for a few days, but beyond that, results have surpassed what I anticipated.

That's great. Since April I've been taking reta. The change in how I feel is honestly hard to believe. 40 lbs have come off while using it. Improved mobility is 1 of the benefits I'm noticing. Best of luck.

I appreciate the response. Seems like a higher heart rate isn't something everybody deals with. My thinking is that a small dose alongside my tirz might work out fine for me. I've come across plenty of good reports about using both together.

40 is brilliant going! 10 a month, held for that long, is a lot. Keep at it and don't forget the protein!

Food noise isn't really an issue for me, and the nutritional choices I make are solid. My problem is portion size—I eat past what I need, so my calorie intake stays too high. It isn't driven by hunger or cravings; I simply like the taste of good food. Reta's fullness effect has been fantastic in my case, helping me return to standard dinner servings day in and day out.

When food noise and cravings run high, it appears lower reta doses don't always do the job for some people. Blending in a bit of tirz or cagri looks like a solid way to handle that.

Welcome! My Reta journey is at 9 weeks now. Weight is coming off gradually and steadily, and I feel great. That said, roughly 3 weeks back I added a bpc/tb blend as well. The reason I began was an old shoulder injury that had been making lifting hurt. Up to this point, it genuinely appears to be helping.

For roughly 3 days, I felt nauseous whenever my stomach was empty, and at night I was getting chills (which, during the summer, isn't a bad thing). On top of that, I also had some fatigue on and off, but nothing else. After those few days, the nausea stopped coming back, and once I figured out what was going on, I'd just eat a protein bar as a snack so that I had something in my stomach.

I did the exact same thing! An old shoulder injury of mine was still bothering me, so I began BPC/TB along with CJC/IPA, and that let me push through the last bit of range of motion that had been stuck. I had already been doing PT for it, yet progress stalled right at the end. These days I can lift without any pain. I'm roughly 30 days in on bpc/tb and 21 days in on cjc/ipa.

So it seems like everything has cleared up at this point?

Yes, no side effects at all anymore. They only lasted a brief time during the titration increase.

That's fantastic. Really strong progress up to this point.

That matches what I've been told. I'll need to research cagri. My plan is to stay on tirz while introducing a low dose of reta and see what happens. Should I tolerate it well, then I might slowly lower my tirz. As far as I can tell, food noise isn't really something I deal with. Still, tirz has helped me stay committed to the changes I'm making (less junk, smaller portions, and so on). For around 20 years I drank Mountain Dew every day, and I dropped it without hesitating. It just feels like I'm far more focused on improving my health than before. Usually I don't eat enough (I used to eat only 1 meal a day), which doesn't help matters. Hitting calorie targets and getting enough protein has turned out to be a real challenge. I still haven't managed to reach 100g of protein in a day. It's tough!

Protein intake is a real challenge for me too! I'm with you on the motivation side of things. I've managed to get back into a steady strength training routine and I keep looking for more ways to boost my health, but hitting 150 grams of protein is no easy feat lol
