Hey everyone, I'm 59 and I run long distances. My reason for getting into peptides was to address a few problems that have built up over time, plus I'm dealing with the aftermath of a stroke. I decided I wanted full control over my own health, so I began soaking up as much information as possible about this side of things. I've already fallen for a scam, but I look at that as a lesson along the way.

Welcome! Great that you're taking charge of your health, especially after going through a stroke. It's also great that you're reading up on peptides. Which ones are you on right now? How are they treating you so far?

And I'm sorry you got scammed—that's rough when it happens. What actually happened?

A fraudster exploited a redirect belonging to a legitimate business. They were taken down fast, though I still got hit first, haha. It hurts, but there's nothing to do about it now. One thing I'll add: after only a day in this community, I've already picked up the trick of sending 1 dollar in crypto first and waiting for the supplier to confirm. And double-check that the site address and the email address line up perfectly with the supplier.

For managing my blood pressure, I take Terz, reta, and ghk. It used to sit at high normal, but after I introduced bpc and tbm, it settled into the normal range.

Yeah, dependable sources are genuinely tough to come by...that's the same reason I ended up joining this place as well.

Glad to have you! I'm located in NJ

That's awesome. And for me, kind of a bitter irony. When I started micro dosing Tirz last Fall, my BP climbed 20pts. I went in knowing that was a strong possibility. Lately I've brought Cagri into the mix, and it's offsetting things a bit. For the time being, I'd rather not increase my BP medication.

If Tirz becomes a long-term thing for me, I'd need to figure out a plan. As it stands, I'm only using it to keep my weight from rising during this brutal year of a knee injury, surgery, and now the recovery stretch. Back when I was jogging 5 miles/day and lifting 3x weekly, my appetite was exactly where it needed to be. But the moment the cardio went away, I saw trouble coming, so I finally gave in and added a GLP1

When you go with lighter loads and higher rep ranges, that can double as cardio work, provided your body allows it. Naturally, you would need to take it easy on the knee, but even so, you can still get a reasonable cardio stimulus. After I had my stroke, running was no longer an option for me. To avoid letting my weight spiral, I switched to a bike plus weights. That is why I believe BPC contributed to bringing the pressure down as well. That was no coincidence. Even following coffee, it stayed lower. As 1, I am now planning to buy kLOW so I can begin that stack.
