Glad I came across this forum. I live in southern New Hampshire, born and raised in New England, together with my husband, our 2 boys and a dog. For 3 years now I've been on a gradual, consistent wellness journey, attempting to make real shifts in how I eat and move, but it seemed like I was getting nowhere. In January, after talking it over with my doctor, I chose to add some pharma support, and I regret not starting it earlier.

I'm eager to learn alongside all of you, and from you too.

It seems you’ve been at this for some time. That additional support can be the thing that finally shifts things.

New Hampshire sounds like a great place to be. Family, a dog, and a new beginning this year. You’re in a good place.
